We're hosting the UWEC Navs summer Bible study at our house tonight.  We're excited to be able to have students in our home!  Please pray with us for a fruitful discussion.

Norah Kate was born 6/17 @ 1AM.  She was 7lbs 3oz and 20.5 inches long.  She and Jess are doing very well.  Big brother Liam is very excited for her to come home today!


Jess and I are also celebrating our 6th anniversary today.  What a great present!  Thank you for your prayers!  God is so good!

No baby yet!  We're praying that she'll be born soon.

Jess just got back from a checkup.  The doctor predicted that our little girl would be born by the end of this weekend!  We'll see how accurate the prediction is.  :)

You can probably tell by the lack of new posts on here that we've been busy getting settled in Eau Claire.  The Lord was so good to us with the move.

The moving truck, along with most of our stuff, is now in Wisconsin!  The rain held off on Saturday until 10 minutes after we shut the door of the truck - praise God!  So, nothing got wet - other than Liam and several of the students.:)   Pouring rain is too much fun to stay out of sometimes! 
      We're staying with our coworkers and dear friends, the Hubbards, this week and are in the midst of taking care of last minute details and saying goodbye.  We have been SO blessed by the Nav students, our church, our family, and our friends these last few days!  We feel so loved, supported, and covered in prayer as we embark on this next adventure!  Thank you everyone!!!   You are truly God's grace to us!
     Wednesday we'll load up a few remaining things in a trailer; Thursday morning we close on our house sale here in Champaign and head half-way to Eau Claire!  And Friday we'll arrive in EC and start the unloading and unpacking process! 

In a couple hours we'll be picking up the moving truck!  Students and friends are coming over in the afternoon to help us load the truck.  Please pray for all of us today as we pack.

"Two Ways To Live" has become my preferred way to share the gospel with the lost.  Here's a brief example of how it can be very conversational.  As you watch the video, you'll notice that Two Ways To Live is more of a summary of the Bible's plot line than a formula for "how to get saved."

A friend of mine sent me this video.  It's a clip of long-time Navigator John Crawford talking about an interaction he had with Dawson Trotman, founder of The Navigators.  What Dawson said to John is still at the center of our mission!
